SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SMITHTOWN HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
The SCF is proud to sponsor the following scholarship opportunities to ALL Smithtown High School East & West Seniors. Applications are accessible online or available at your high school's Guidance office.

SCF will stop accepting applications at midnight on Monday, March 20, 2026. You may apply for more than one application, but may only apply for one at a time. You must fill out this form for each scholarship you are applying for. If the person(s) providing recommendation letters is not willing to give them to you for upload, please have them email to fitzy@smithtownchildrensfoundation.com. The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form.
